Communications Centers serve as the vital link between the citizens and public safety agencies/first responders of the US Virgin Islands. The Centers’ operators will collect and disseminate all requests for service in a prompt, courteous, and efficient manner for all customers.

911 and non-emergency calls with professionalism, integrity and compassion while efficiently dispatching police, fire, rescue and emergency medical services. Customer service is essential to our success, so
